We have limited wholesale capacity and pride ourselves on partnering with like-minded local restaurants and chefs. Wholesale partners are committed to representing our products honestly and committed to selling good fresh product at their operations. We are unwilling to wholesale to cafes/restaurants that sell our pastries for multiple days or lack transparency on their menus.

Our Long Beach bakery is open and producing 7 days a week, and we currently offer morning delivery daily.
